BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Jonathan Grobert is a Vice President at MAM and the Director of PMAM. As Director, his responsibilities include the supervision of asset management staff in the scheduling and performance of Management and Occupancy Reviews for over 550 Project Based Section 8 Projects, oversight of REAC Physical Inspection follow-ups, quality control, and monthly reporting and invoicing.
Prior to joining MAM, Mr. Grobert was the Director of Single Family Asset Management at Ervin and Associates. He coordinated the operations of the department and achieved the successful completion of over 2300 loss mitigation alternatives, including short Sales, Forbearances, Loan Modifications, Partial Claims, and Deed-in-Lieu of foreclosures.
As a Multifamily Asset Manager at Ervin and Associates, he provided portfolio oversight and investment strategy for a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. His duties included: providing comprehensive portfolio management for the current and defaulted HUD (formerly coinsured) portfolio, performing initial reviews of loans to determine the loan status, evaluating the loan default risk to HUD and subsequent HUD insurance claim, performing physical inspections to determine the general physical condition and evaluate preventive maintenance programs of the property, and performing comprehensive management reviews to evaluate management policies and procedures including a financial audit.
BS Finance, Penn State University, with a minor in Economics, 1989
